As a young girl, I always had an affinity for reaching into my mom’s makeup collection. Whether I was taking a bite out of my mom’s lipstick, or actually trying it on, I always felt like makeup gave me a certain edge which eventually became part of me. Since 2016, I have worked for CHANEL and Clinique professionally while also freelancing for student-organized fashion shows during my time at UGA. After graduation, I went to go work for Clinique and MAC cosmetics as a freelancer. As of most recently, I’ve done beauty work for graduations, weddings, and local, female-owned businesses such as SwatchCandy and Tucheir Cosmetics, located here in Atlanta, Georgia.
